The two sides will cooperate on skid-mounted natural gas hydrogen production projects in the field of hydrogen production from natural gas. In the new skid-mounted natural gas hydrogen production complete set of equipment, high pressure hydrogen storage and filling equipment, hydrogen refueling station safety assessment, distributed energy and other fields. Cloud signed a cooperation framework agreement on joint research and development of skid-mounted natural gas hydrogen production units.

On April 12, China Gas announced that it has signed a cooperation framework agreement with China National Offshore Petroleum Gas and Power Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "China Gas and Power Group") to promote the cooperation in hydrogen and comprehensive energy.

According to the agreement, both sides will carry out cooperation on skid-mounted natural gas hydrogen production project in the field of natural gas hydrogen production. In terms of natural gas filling stations, we will carry out cooperation projects on the construction and safety assessment of hydrogen filling stations, high-pressure hydrogen storage and filling equipment, renovation and expansionof gas filling stations, and other hydrogenation designs. In terms of comprehensive energy supply, China will carry out cooperation on multi-energy complementary comprehensive energy supply projects.

China Gas and Power Group, a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Sea Oil, is the first importer of liquefied natural gas in China and the third largest in the world. It has technical, management and market advantages in the fields of new skid-mounted natural gas hydrogen production complete sets, high-pressure hydrogen storage and refueling equipment, safety assessment of hydrogen refueling stations, distributed energy and other fields.

In addition to cooperation with China Gas, China Gas and Power Group cloud signed a framework agreement on joint research and development cooperation of skid-mount natural gas hydrogen production unit with Foran Energy Group Co., Ltd., Southwest Chemical Research and Design Institute Co., Ltd. at the beginning of this year.

Data show that skid installation is a set of equipment fixed on an Angle steel or I-steel chassis, moving and placing in position can use crowbars. Compared with large natural gas hydrogen production, miniaturized skid gas hydrogen production is convenient to move and fast to build. With the help of natural gas infrastructure, rapid and continuous hydrogen supply can be achieved in urban gas and natural gas pipelines. This way eliminates the hydrogen transportation link and effectively reduces the cost of hydrogen energy.
